Steph has been involved in fitness for over 10 years and in 2011 she became a qualified level 3 Personal trainer. In her teens she lived in Finland for over 3 years being coached by top Finnish cross country skiing coaches and racing for England internationally. This inspired her to train hard and encourage others to take up exercise too. Since returning to England she has worked within the fitness industry promoting exercise and have a healthy lifestyle. She also instructs a range of classes such as aqua fit and kettle bells but was looking for something different. Then she found the exciting new way to work out using Armageddon Fitness.
Steph believes that Armageddon Fitness will bring a brand new dynamic to bring to her fitness portfolio. Finally this class can tick all the boxes. Using VIIT (variable intensity interval training) to work participants in a broad range of heart rate zones using just their body weight they can reach their own individual goals. The class is fun and accessible to everyone , even though you are working hard! From beginners to athletes this class is designed to challenge you in the minimal time! #believethehype
