Chloe has been a personal trainer for over 7 years working within the fitness industry for over 14 years, she is based in central London where she teaches Les mills Grit strength, plyo and cardio, spinning, circuits, triathlon training, sprint to marathon training, boxing/kickboxing also Armageddon trained :)
Having served in the British Army Chloe has the experience needed to train people at any level of fitness.(knowing exactly how it feels to be pushed to your limits)
Chloe participates in competitive events such as kickboxing, Triathlons, marathons, ironman, tough guys, extreme sports and is currently training to become a stunt woman.
Her hobbies include: Cross fit training, VITT training, skydiving, skiing, mountain climbing, running, triathlons, boxing and martial arts.
