Official Armageddon Fitness Trainers
My name is Chris Parkes and I am a highly qualified personal trainer and motivated fitness and exercise specialist. I pride myself on my tenacity and determination and always strive to get the best out of my clients at all times, regardless of their fitness levels. I also teach a number of classes within the gym, which encourage group personal training and involve the use of numerous multi-functional pieces of equipment. These include kettle bells, vipr's and power bags to name a few.
I am keen to use my knowledge and experience of the fitness industry to introduce an all body-weight class within the gym. I was recently successful in qualifying as an Armageddon Instructor and I am passionate about implementing the techniques and knowledge gained into my own Armageddon sessions. I intend to use my enthusiasm, passion for diverse exercise and the new skills I have acquired to ensure my classes are of the highest standard, where members can expect an intense and exciting experience each time.
