I’m a qualified personal trainer with a background in group exercise. Through my Spinning and circuit classes I’ve learnt that mixing up exercise with banging tunes means you can’t help but give that bit more. I want to inspire and motivate you to be the best you can be. Fitness should be a way of life not a fad. Your Fitness sessions should be something to look forward to. Time to spend on you, not a punishment. Although don’t think that means we take it easy. Short and sharp, to the max is my motto. We’re all short on time my job is to push you to get the most from your workout and the results you want. By switching things up and working out to killer tunes you’ll end a class with me exhausted, buzzing, but ready for the next one.
Armageddon as a variable intensity system of training is an excellent way of pushing and changing your body, using only your bodies resistance. It works for men and women of all ages, no complicated dance moves, no grunting weights section. Just you using your body to the maximum effect for the best results. You’ll be amazed at what you can do.
