Official Armageddon Fitness Trainers
I am 24 years old and have been working in the fitness Industry since I was 18 years old. I teach a variety of different exercise classes and really enjoy it. I am passionate about my own training and train 4-5 days a week. I have recently completed the Armageddon training and I'm now qualified to teach it. I am going to start teaching Armageddon classes in my local leisure centre and in the Middlesbrough area. VIIT training is really beneficial and I can not wait to start putting people through their paces.
