Ollie certainly practices what he preaches and has been sport and fitness mad since the tender age of 5. After playing numerous sports Ollie found natural talent in running and has been competing for 7 years at a high level. Ollie’s passion for running led to him completing 2 half marathons and the full London marathon in 2012. He has also completed The Three Peaks Challenge and a 12 hour triathlon for charity. Ollie is a people person who leads by example but when it comes to fitness his mentality is ‘GO HARD OR GO HOME!’
