With over 15 years of experience in the sport and fitness industry, I’ve covered many areas to appreciate the various aspects that can be explored within fitness and wellbeing. 

I currently work as a college lecturer, leading and delivering BTEC sport courses to mainly 16-25 year olds including fitness instruction and sports coaching.  I enjoy playing and watching various sports but as a level 2 hockey coach, I have led teams to success including U18’s and Premier leagues.

I’m a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer including GP referral and weight management which has enabled me to work with some amazing people and   I also deliver group fitness sessions including Body Combat, Group Cycle, Metabolic Effect, Core Stability, Fitness for kids, Beach Boot Camp, resistance based sessions and now Armageddon.

My main aim is to educate people in to taking control of their health and fitness levels by setting small targets for people to realistically achieve.  Along with exercise and healthy eating, I want to promote enjoyment within fitness and show that socially, people can get fit, feel more confident, make friends and achieve goals they never thought possible.  Watching people change and see their smile grow is what I call job satisfaction!
