Running and Fitness has always been my passion so I when the opportunity came to retrain as Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor in 2002 I jumped at it. 

I subsequently went on to teach various group classes including Body CombatRPMBody PumpBody Attack, seeing clients for one to one personal training and running coaching.

I love learning and Armageddon training struck me as a great way to bring my personal training skills into a group environment. It's Fast, energetic - by far the quickest half hour in my life! 

For me, it is a joy to help clients start with something they never thought they could do. With my positive energy and can do attitude, I pride myself on helping people achieve the unthinkable.

Armageddon Fitness is a body-weight only workout based on a circuit framework using the five components of upper body, lower body, core, cardiovascular and special movements that will develop speed, strength and stamina relative to muscular fitness and conditioning and FAT LOSS. 

Armageddon is NOT a bootcamp and NOT a circuit training class it is a fast paced, variable intensity group fitness and personal training concept for people of all abilities, it is results based variable intensity training for everyone  #nomoreexcusestraining
