Official Armageddon Fitness Trainers
Teresa Hill is a qualified fitness instructor with an interest in small group training and getting the best from her team. Teresa has a passion for not only teaching, but educating clients about how their bodies work and perform and to get the best from their workout.
Teresa is delighted to be awarded the level 1 Armageddon Fitness Instructor award and will be teaching classes in the South Lakes area.
Armageddon Fitness is a body-weight only workout based on a circuit framework using the five components of upper body, lower body, core, cardiovascular and special movements that will develop speed, strength and stamina relative to muscular fitness and conditioning and FAT LOSS.
Armageddon is NOT a boot camp and NOT a circuit training class; it is a fast paced, variable intensity group fitness and personal training concept for people of all ages and levels of fitness. Everyone is welcome!
